DIY BBQ
The DIY BBQ menu contains the following:
- 250 grams of dry-aged calf steak
- Large frankfurter sausage (pig)
- Bean salad with baby tomatoes, mild dressing and croutons
- Cold potato salad (Danish favorite)
- Small, oven-baked potatoes
- Bread and condiments (ketchup, remoulade, mustard, roasted onions, salt and pepper)
- Self-operated gas grill, cutlery and single-use cardboard plates etc.)
Price: 189 DKK VAT included. Minimum purchase of 10 DIY BBQ packages.
All food reservations can be changed per e-mail (info@paintballarena.dk) up until 5 weekdays before the event date at the latest.
It is not permitted to bring your own beverages.
Special requests:
It is possible to change the frankfurter sausage with teriyaki-marinated chicken coated with sesame seeds at no extra charge. It is also possible to get the DIY BBQ Vegetarian, with fish or Vegan
Gluten free, lactose free and the like is also possible upon request.

All our sandwiches come with the following:

Price: 75 DKK VAT included (Note: Minimum purchase of 10 sandwiches)

Hot Dishes
Hot dish options include:
- Mashed potatoes with bacon bits (Danish favorite)
- Chili con carne with rice and sour cream
- Wok with noodles, chicken and finely cut vegetables
- Vegetarian paprika stew with mashed potatoes or rice
Price per person: 115,- DKK VAT included (Note: minimum purchase of 10 hot dishes)

Dessert options:
- Oreo cheesecake topped with coulis, fresh berries and tuille
- Passion fruit panacotta topped with crunch and marinated berries
- Apple trifli topped with breadcrumbs, crunch and jelly
- Rice pudding topped with cherry jelly (also known as ris a la mande)
