If you are looking for team building activities in Copenhagen, you will find the most exciting and competitive challenges at Refshaleøen. With us, teambuilding is for everyone, creating an experience where all participants can engage and have fun together.
Instead of in-depth analyses and individual performance evaluations, our team building concept is built around development through play and collaboration. We foster a professional yet relaxed atmosphere, where teamwork and cooperation are enhanced through engaging and competitive activities.
Our Western-style team building challenges will test your team’s communication, role distribution, and collaboration in a head-to-head competition to determine the best and fastest team. The Paintball Arena teambuilding event lasts a total of two hours (one hour of team building and one hour of a selected event) and takes place indoors. During the team-building session, participants can start all four challenges and possibly complete them all.

Paintball Arena
In teams or smaller groups, participants must work together to guide a ball through a 1.5 square meter labyrinth, which is lifted off the ground using handles attached to the maze.
The challenge? All but one team member wears a blindfold and cannot see the labyrinth. The only player with vision must verbally guide the team through the maze, but their role is temporary—they are replaced after one minute.
A designated leader studies a miniature model of a divided square. The leader relays instructions to a middle manager, who then passes the information to the team, responsible for constructing a large-scale version of the square.
Teams must solve a complex puzzle together. Each team receives 25 different figures that must be placed in the correct order inside a large frame. Using 15 different clues, the team must decipher the correct placements before time runs out.
The winner is the team that correctly places all figures first, solving the puzzle the fastest. However, beware—correcting one mistake can take longer than solving the entire puzzle from the start.
Divided into two teams, each group receives a crane-like lifting device with attached strings. The goal is to build the tallest possible tower using blocks, but precision is key. Even the slightest movement from a teammate’s string can affect stability and cause the tower to collapse, forcing the team to start over.
