TEAMBUILDING
If you wish to try a different kind of Teambuilding in Copenhagen, then we’re just the place for you. We have the most entertaining and competitive tasks ready for your team to solve, whether you are a company, a brotherhood, a school class or…?
Instead of deep analyses, long evaluations of groups and individual performances, we value fun teambuilding games and communication to further your team spirit. As a reflection, our instructors are relaxed, yet still professional, and will work towards developing your team through working together in both competitive and fun teambuilding games.
To win the battle, your team must be the fastest and best, but your ammunition will, instead of bullets, consist of communication, cooperation, and role assignment. Not only do you battle against your coworkers, but you also battle against the high scores of our previous guest, to prove that you are the strongest and best team, there is.
The teambuilding games
The Labyrinth
Together, or in smaller teams, this challenge is about getting a ball through a 1.5 m2 labyrinth, which can be lifted by grips on the sides of the labyrinth itself.
What may the challenge in that be then? Only one person can see the labyrinth, with the rest of the players being blindfolded. It is then the leader’s role, to guide the team through the labyrinth, but (s)he only has a limited time before another leader will have to take over.
Reflection: This challenge shows the importance of a leader capability of giving their employees the proper tools to solve a task. The risk of error is high if the leader rushes or loses the big picture.
Skills: Seeing the big picture, leader training, stress handling, willingness, and readiness to accept and embrace change.

The Building Blocks
Each team will in this challenge appoint a leader and a communicator who must work together in assembling a torn apart construction. The leader has the answer and workers will be given instructions through the communicator who cannot see or touch the leaders answers or physically help the workers.
The winners will be the team that manages to assemble the construction first.
Reflection: Precise communication and delivery of information is important, otherwise your product will come out wrong. This challenge shows how important it is that the leader is clear in their instructions, and that their team are willing to trust these instructions. Yet, it´s all build on the premise that the team are also good at understanding each other and can guide through each step of a management team.
Skills: Delivery of information, communication, creativity, leadership skills/style.
The Riddle
As a team, you will work together to solve a complicated riddle. Each team gets 25 different puzzle pieces to be put correctly into a frame. To help you to get the puzzle down correctly you will get 15 hints, that will lead you in your darkest hour.
The winning team will be the team that gets the puzzle done correctly and thereby solves the riddle, first. But be aware, one mistake might take you longer to fix, than it will take the other team to solve the entire riddle.
Reflection: making valid and well considered arguments is key to help the team succeed, in combination with asking the right questions to teammates ideas and arguments, otherwise the team will run into chaos. Sometimes the right solution will come from the most surprising places or the quiet teammate, if given the possibility.
Skills: listening skills, communication, argumentation and teamplay
