At Paintball Arena, we are always on the lookout for highly motivated experience hosts to join our passionate team. This is a super flexible student job, where you can choose your own shifts and be part of a young and social work environment with a strong team spirit.

Job Requirements
To be considered for this position, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Be a student (high school or higher education)
• Have at least one year left in your studies

It does not matter what you are studying—we hire based on attitude, not skills. Our team includes students from biochemistry, education, architecture, economics, IT, and many other fields.

Who Should Apply?
You should apply if you:

• Have a passion for creating great and personal experiences for guests
• Enjoy public speaking and performing in front of groups
• Have a strong presence and can motivate guests for competition
• Speak fluent Danish and can communicate in English
• Can be authoritative when necessary
• Are responsible and understand the importance of maintaining a clean workplace
• Can work at least two Saturdays per month (shifts are assigned quarterly)

Job Description
At Copenhagen Paintball Arena, 75% of the experience depends on how you perform as an experience host—meaning, you are the most important part of the product.

You must be highly motivated to deliver the best possible experience for our guests. Your responsibilities will also include preparing and cleaning the venue before and after events.

As a new hire, you will be trained by our experienced hosts in all our activities, such as Paintball, Laser Games, Climbing, Team Building, and more.

You will join a team of around 45 young colleagues, aged 15-30, who have fun both at work and outside of work.

Flexible Work Schedule

• No fixed shifts—you pick your own shifts through our system.
• This allows for maximum flexibility, but we expect you to actively apply for shifts.
• There is no limit to how many shifts you can take—it depends on guest demand.

Salary

• 135 DKK per hour
• 12.5% holiday pay

As a Youngstar, you will have a variety of tasks, such as:

• Washing paintball masks and suits
• Ensuring smooth operation of the venue
• Maintaining a clean and organized space
  
  

This is a highly flexible job, as you choose your own shifts—perfect for students. Most shifts are on weekends, making it an ideal part-time job while attending school.

• You must be self-motivated, structured, and ready to have fun
