As an alternative to in-depth analyses and individual performance evaluations, our concept is built on development through community and play. We operate in a professional yet relaxed atmosphere, where team development and collaboration are strengthened through competitive and entertaining teambuilding activities.

The teambuilding activity at Paintball Arena is structured by dividing participants into two teams, who compete against each other on time through 3–4 of our selected exercises. Here, participants are challenged in true western style, where the battle to become the best and fastest team is decided in an intense head-to-head duel. The “ammunition” is not paintballs, but effective communication, clear role distribution, and strong teamwork.

If you choose our Teambuilding + 1 Event package, the total duration is 2 hours. This includes 1 hour of teambuilding and 1 hour of a chosen event activity such as Human Football or Sumo Relay, among others. Most groups manage to complete 3 of our teambuilding exercises, while the fastest teams get through all 4.

In teams or smaller groups, participants must work together to guide a ball through a 1.5 square meter labyrinth, which is lifted off the ground using handles attached to the maze.

The challenge? All but one team member wears a blindfold and cannot see the labyrinth. The only player with vision must verbally guide the team through the maze, but their role is temporary—they are replaced after one minute.

  • Reflection: This challenge highlights the importance of leadership and equipping team members with the right tools for problem-solving. Miscommunication or rushed transitions increase the risk of failure.
  • Key Skills: Leadership, stress management, adaptability.

A designated leader studies a miniature model of a divided square. The leader relays instructions to a middle manager, who then passes the information to the team, responsible for constructing a large-scale version of the square.

  • Reflection: Precise communication is crucial; otherwise, the final product will be incorrectly built. This challenge demonstrates the importance of leadership clarity when executing tasks across different levels of an organization.
  • Key Skills: Communication, problem-solving, leadership.

Teams must solve a complex puzzle together. Each team receives 25 different figures that must be placed in the correct order inside a large frame. Using 15 different clues, the team must decipher the correct placements before time runs out.

The winner is the team that correctly places all figures first, solving the puzzle the fastest. However, beware—correcting one mistake can take longer than solving the entire puzzle from the start.

  • Reflection: Justifying your own decisions is essential to avoid dragging your team down. At the same time, team members must critically evaluate new suggestions before accepting them. Interestingly, the solution may come from a quieter team member, as individuals approach problem-solving differently.
  • Key Skills: Critical thinking, argumentation, teamwork.

Divided into two teams, each group receives a crane-like lifting device with attached strings. The goal is to build the tallest possible tower using blocks, but precision is key. Even the slightest movement from a teammate’s string can affect stability and cause the tower to collapse, forcing the team to start over.

  • Reflection: Clear communication and planning are essential. If your team lacks a strategy, the challenge will quickly become chaotic. Risk management must also be considered.
  • Key Skills: Communication, teamwork, patience.
